We'll help you grow
We are Studio Pear and we have been helping brands and architects in the home interior and built environment for over 10 years. Creativity and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.
Introductions
Before we take on a new project we start things off with a quick chat. This lets us get to know each other and understand your project and business goals. We’ll find out your likes and dislikes and ensure we create something meaningful together.
What we usually ask
-
What brought you here?
-
Why do you want to focus on marketing now?
-
Who is your target audience?
-
What do you want your brand to convey?
-
Who are your main competitors?
Proposal
Once we understand what you are looking for, we’ll provide you with an estimate. This gives us a clear picture of what we are building together. This also allows you to add or remove aspects depending on your budget.
What's included?
-
Project scope and deliverables
-
Timeline
-
Estimated costs

Contract and deposit
Once we have the green light, we’ll sign a contract and collect a deposit. Typically this is 50% of the project fee. It ensures that both parties are invested right from the start. The remaining payment will be due once the project is completed.

Moodboards and concepts
This will vary depending on the type of project we are working on. But based on our conversations and research we’ll pull together some mood boards and concepts to ensure we are on the same page for tone of voice, visual feel and execution.
What could be included?
-
Suggested copy and content
-
Photography art direction
-
Content Schedule

Design and creation
Depending on what we are working with you on this is when we will create content for you. This could be us creating the social media plan, photographing your work, creating copy and content or anything else. Once this has been completed you will be sent an initial approval document.

Feedback and revisions
This will vary on the project, but once you have had time to review the initial approval document you can provide us with feedback and we’ll make the necessary updates. A standard project allows for two rounds of revisions. There is an overage charge after because this approach helps keep feedback clear and concise, saving you time, money and energy.

Rollout
Once everything is approved, it’s time for us to share the final deliverables with you. This can involve scheduling content, providing final images, delivering your marketing strategy, and supplying branding materials.
Each project is different, and the deliverables are tailored for each client. They will be clear from the beginning of the process so you always know what to expect.
